The distribution angle here is wild. 800M weekly active users is bigger than most platforms get in their entire lifetime, and the fact that ChatGPT automatically decides when to invoke your app based on context means you're not fighting for attention in an app stor. I built a small internal tool using MCP last month and the friction drop going from "search for tool, install, configure" to "just ask" was noticable even with a tiny userbase.
