since I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere in the article, the original artist for the brain comic (https://www.instagram.com/p/CgyShBxusuM/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) is Hannah Hillam. You might want to check her Instagram here https://www.instagram.com/hannahhillam/

Thats amazing. I am about to join a new company and I know about the tech stack but still feel very under-confident. could you please share any article or some tips how not to over-promise or under-promise the expectations?

once again thanks for such an amazing insight on this topic :)

I'm not sure if I have an article specifically on that topic, but I'd recommend the "Onboarding" learning track you can find here if you're a paid subscriber: https://read.highgrowthengineer.com/p/learning-tracks

Onboarding for only engineers?

The tips should apply generally! We just tune it to engineers specifically

Great article and love the collab! Drafting a good plan is very important. If I can add my top tip for onboarding, it's to start building relationships as early as possible. It's going to get so much easier to onboard when you have created a good environment for collaboration.

That's a great addition from a leader's perspective, Gregor. An environment that values collaboration and inclusion, it'd be much easier for anyone new coming in quickly feel home.

Thanks for adding :)
